Ryan Swartzberg is an Atlanta, Georgia native and has been passionate about real estate for as long as he can remember. Ryan started his real estate career in 2015. By 2018, Ryan was a top commercial producer at his firm. Throughout his career, Ryan has sold over 100M in commercial real estate. Ryan has negotiated and closed a wide variety of commercial transactions and specializes in the industrial and flex-space markets.
Ryan represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Depending on the day, Ryan could be working with a large national company, a small business, or an individual. However, no matter who the client is, Ryan is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.
In addition to closing deals and growing his client network, Ryan also enjoys serving as a mentor to new commercial agents and this is what drove him to launch his own firm - Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate - in 2022. As a broker, Ryan is excited about continuing to close commercial transactions while also growing his own firm.
Judd Swartzberg was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Judd elected to build his career in commercial real estate by obtaining his real estate license in 2021 and joined the Swartz Co team at PHP Commercial. As Swartz Co became a private firm in 2022, Judd elected to transfer his license with them with the role of Commercial Associate. Judd learned early on how to deliver exceptional service and add client value.
Focusing on the greater Atlanta industrial market, Judd has had success in representing Tenants and Landlords in leasing, and buyers and sellers in sale transactions. With a strong passion for commercial real estate and a dependable dedication to his clientele, Judd is sure to deliver exceptional service and results.
Lindsay Allen is a certified language interpreter and real estate agent passionate about serving the Hispanic community. She was born in Costa Rica, raised in Miami, Florida, and has lived in Georgia since 2012. She is also a proud mother of three children.
Lindsay began her professional career as an interpreter at DFACS in Dekalb County, assisting Hispanic families in obtaining resources and necessities for their well-being. She then ventured into medical interpretation and transportation. Lindsay developed a keen interest in working with people and solving complex issues related to medical malpractice and the injustices faced by the poor and immigrant populations locally and abroad. She decided to pursue her real estate license to enhance her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
Lindsay has held various positions in the real estate field over the years, such as the Vice President of Business Development with Inclusive Funder, as a real estate agent, investor, and developer. She is excited to be part of Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate, where she plans to continue to grow and excel

As a native of Buckhead- Atlanta, Georgia, Allen has a wonderfully detailed ability to help his clients understand and conquer the Atlanta residential and commercial real estate market. He has lived in Atlanta his entire life and understands the in's and out's of this great city.
As a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Public Relations and Communications, he has an advanced ability to clearly communicate the tasks at hand. He burst on to the residential scene in 2017 working at Ansley Real Estate LLC on the Bonneau Ansley Team.
Allen gained extensive knowledge and experience working for one of the top teams in the nation being a part of over $100 million in sales volume his first 2 years in the residential market. Since then, he has stepped into an individual agent role with SwartzCo CRE to utilize all he has learned from the robust Atlanta residential market and apply it to the ever growing commercial market.

Dan Gower has over a decade of experience in real estate finance, distressed debt and real property acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Dan is a co-founder and vice president of distressed debt and real estate firm, Edgefield Holdings, LLC, which manages over $950MM in assets.
Prior to Edgefield, Dan was a Senior Director in the Turnaround and Restructuring group at Ankura Consulting Group, where he advised investors, lenders, and various companies, as well as provided forensic investigation services for law firms throughout the US.
Dan has also extensive experience in underwriting recourse commercial loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities of all asset types and classes including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, mixed-use, and self-storage. Dan received a dual-major B.B.A from the University of Georgia in both banking and finance and international business. In his free time, he enjoys competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments.
Dan Murphy served 11 years in the military; six years enlisted with the Marine Corps Reserves and five years as an Active Duty Officer in the U.S. Army. After retiring from his commission in 2013, he attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed his MBA. Dan’s post-military career has focused on business development, project management, and strategic analysis in transportation and urban planning initiatives.
In 2023, Dan received his Real Estate Sales License and will be assisting Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate on Industrial Properties, specifically with Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS). Dan already has a solid book of clients he represents for leasing, property management, and sale transactions.
Jonah was born in Atlanta and has since moved to North Georgia. After going to college at The University of North Georgia he moved to Gainesville Georgia and has grown to love the area. Since moving from Atlanta he has established himself in the local community while keeping Atlanta in his heart.
With several years of real estate experience, he has developed a vast understanding by working with buyers and sellers in the exponentially changing Metro Atlanta real estate market. He has the skills to assist any client with their real estate needs. Jonah is an asset to Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate.
Scott is originally from Washington state and comes from a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry. With his father's experience as a real estate broker during his younger years and his mother's extensive experience as a title representative and later property manager for a prominent railroad company, overseeing transactions across Eastern WA, Scott developed a strong foundation in the field. After gaining valuable insights in mortgage and finance, he pursued his passion for acting, spending 15 years dedicated to his craft, which took him from Seattle to Los Angeles and eventually to Atlanta in 2016, where he worked on various television shows.
When the pandemic brought everything to a halt in spring 2020, Scott saw it as an opportunity to change careers. He seized the moment, studied diligently to obtain his real estate license, and became a real estate agent in a matter of months. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning the industry, Scott achieved success in residential real estate and recognized the perfect timing to expand his horizons into the commercial real estate world. As a result, he joined Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate in 2023, ready to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
